This full-time position involves traveling across England to deliver impactful training programmes to apprentices, providing them with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their careers.

Role / Duties:
- Deliver 121 training and assessing to apprenticeship students
- Visit your students every 4 weeks to review their performance and coach them to develop their careers with our high end clients. Your Monday to Friday activity will be busy but rewarding and you will very rarely work weekends if at all
- We pay for your travel, hotels and evening meals / breakfast
- Full training, Laptop, phone etc is provided to applicants
Must have:
- Minimum 3-years operational management experience within the soft services, facilities or security sector
- Own transport and willing to travel across the Country
- Excellent organisational skills
- Self-motivated and self-reliant – can use own initiative
- Able to plan your diary and visits with your students and their line managers
Personal qualities
- Willingness to learn new skills such as teacher training / assessing qualifications
- Methodical approach to working
Salary: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
